16 week appointment

Russ came with me to the 16 week appointment with Dr. Bedia at Lakeview Clinic in West Des Moines. It was a short visit, with just a few questions and a little prodding!

Heartbeat was measured at 156 beats per minute! Sounded strong! Almost sounded like the baby moved when heartbeat was found, maybe he/she was scared of the Doppler device!

Mom's weight gain is at about 8 pounds, not really showing yet. Depends on who you ask!

Ultrasound scheduled in 20 days! We can't wait!
